  • Attachments related to your application: the payment receipt will be attached to the email confirming your submitted application. Official approval or refusal documents issued by the relevant authorities will be attached to the emails informing you of the application result, where applicable.
  • Password reset: when you use the "forgot my password" feature, we will send an email with instructions to reset your password.
